Painting

Though I consider myself an amateur painter, my work is rooted in awe. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I am continually overwhelmed by the beauty around me—the ocean, mountains, forests, fog, and endless skies of sunrise and sunset. Painting is my way of pausing in those awe-filled moments and inviting others to pause with me.

I believe that we cannot save what we do not know. My paintings aim to honor the landscapes that sustain and inspire us, reminding us of our responsibility to care for and preserve their beauty. Through paint, I seek to celebrate the wonder of this place and to keep awe alive as a path toward stewardship..
